Jesus – 2

Qur’aanic Verse 19.34:

19.34

Transliteration:

34. Thalika AAeesa ibnu maryama qawla alhaqqi allathee feehi yamtaroona

Translation:

34. This (as narrated in Verses 16 to 33 above) then is Jesus, son of Mary – the word of truth about which they raise disputes.6

Study Note:

6. Mankind has indulged in many disputes about Jesus. They dispute about his birth. They do not believe in his miraculous conception in Mary’s womb without any sexual intercourse. They forget that Adam and Eve were created without any sexual intercourse. And the Christians go to the abominable extent of their God having sexual intercourse with Mary! What nonsense!! How can the Creator of all things have the lowly creature urge? See the next Verse 35 also in this context. And then they say he was crucified. The Qur’aan categorically denies this. There is also this dispute about Jesus’ 2nd coming to this earth. There is no evidence in the Qur’aan to support this.

The above is an extract from Qur’aanic Studies Manzil IV, which will soon, inshaAllah, be published on Amazon Kindle. Manzil IMabzil II & Manzil III of the series are already published.

  1. Family tree of Messenger Jesus:- Ref;- 19:2–15,19: 41–57 and19/58
here Jesus has been mentioned HIM as the offsring of Ibraham and Israeel.
Just to proove Jesus with out father people say Why jesus has been called Ieesa bin Maryam.
If Jesu has been called Ieesa bin Muriuam does not mean that He had no father.
Ref;- 20/94 will mean Musa had no father where Haroon called Musa ‘O son of my mother.’
About Musa there is only the name of is mother.Does it mean Musa had no father?
    Why Ieesa bin Mryam?

It is the commen priniple of the society that any body from the parent who is famus the son is named by him or her. Adward VII the son of Victoria, Fatima the daughter of the messenger Muhammad. In the same manner Ieesa Bin Muryam..
    Every messenger had his father.
there was no miraculous birth but as per His rules fixed for every body.

    Mohammad Shafi responds:
Verses 19:16 to 19:34 provide ample evidence that Jesus was born to Mary without her having any sexual intercourse with any man.

  2. Verses 19:19 and 19:20 are saying Prophet Jesus had no father.
    Again Allah Says in
[3:59] The example of Jesus, as far as GOD is concerned, is the same as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, “Be,” and he was.

again there are many similarities between Prophet Jesus and Adam in the Quran like

1.Both names are repeated 25 times
2.The number of times the word Adam and Jesus was mentioned from the beginning of the Qur’an up to and including this crucial verse (3:59) is 7 times.
3.The 19th occurrence of the word Adam & Jesus appears in chapter 19 “Mary”.

  3. If we assume Jesus was born without father. What Allah wants to prove? We accept Him as the Creator of all and we never deny His authority. What is benefit of saying Jesus was without father!!! Are we not blaming a pious woman?
Allah said We craeted Jesus like We created Adam (not Eve). Now it is open to all (scientisits andnMullah to undertsand and research the craetion of Adam) to reach to a conclusion whether Adam has a father or not.

But it is an open fact of nature that nothing is produced without its seed and so Jesus. Laws of Nature never vhanges with time and space.
    Aftab Khan

    Mohammad Shafi responds:
Aftab Khan obviously is not muslim. He does not believe in what the Qur’aan says. He of course has the freedom not to believe and face the consequences – not at man’s hands, but Allah’s.
